Hi! I'm Chef Jay. Thank you for visiting my site. I'm a self-taught cook and baker from Decatur, Georgia. I started baking at the tender age of 8 or 9, with my Easy-Bake Oven. That's where all great bakers got their start right? I would just bake any and everything I could, then force my family to taste it all. It even got so bad my mom started calling me, "Betty Crocker". Through the years I put down my oven mitts and picked up a spatula. I started making a name for myself with my soul food dishes. After high school, I attended Georgia Southern University where I attained my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science. During my tenure, I founded Royal Eats & Treats. I would cater the summer barbeques, and even host parties in my tiny apartment. In 2020, I decided to pick my oven mitts back up and dive into desserts, my first passion.
Frequently Asked Questions
We have an array of sizes to choose from. Our cheesecake bites are bite-sized and come only by the dozen. Next, our mini cheesecakes are a standard cupcake size, sold in half a dozen increments. We offer a jumbo cupcake as well. Whole cakes come in 4", 6", 8" and 10".
We try our best to keep the menu fresh and exciting. If you're in the mood for something you don't see, make a custom request.
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide this service every day, or every week. When we do offer plates for sale, we'll send out an email (make sure you're subscribed), and post on all social media (make sure you're following us).
Due to the nature of the business, each order is made once payment is received in full. I only accept deposits for large catering events. The 50% deposit secures your event date.
Currently, there's only one vegan cheesecake option. More to come.
Any party pack can be made vegan or vegetarian
